Our Jewelry Guarantee
We guarantee our jewelry for any manufacturing defects and will replace any item at our discretion. Manufacturing defects may include faulty hinges, broken pins and missing/discoloration of gemstones.
We do not issue refunds - Direct Exchange Only - We will only provide store credit if we are unable to provide same piece for an exchange.
Please note that due to the inherently delicate nature of chains, we cannot guarantee the chains or connections. While we make all our products with the highest integrity and quality, once any jewelry with chains has been received, we cannot accept returns exchanges.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on pieces that have been bent, broken, or lost due to rough wear or inadequate care.
We do not offer repairs but will replace broken items due to manufacturing defects at our discretion.

How to use Threadless Jewelry
Threadless ends come with straight pins sticking out from the end. You’ll need to BEND the pin gently to secure it into the post (this causes tension to hold the end in place inside the post.) Without a bend on the pin end, the Threadless end will fall out of the post.
Step 1
Insert the pin about halfway (or 3/4 of the way for gold)
Slightly bend-in the pin as shown. More bend= tighter fit. *be careful not to bend it too far.

Push the pin all the way into the post. The pin straightened out inside the post which creates tension to secure the pin into the post.
*we recommend pulling on it to see if it comes out easily- if it does, repeat steps 1-3 with more bend.
To Remove
Pull apart on both ends to remove; if you find it is not coming out easily try adding a light twisting motion.
